Must Haves:
Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally including direct COO experience or equivalent.
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
Proven experience in operational leadership in healthcare, retail, or franchise-based models.
Hands-on experience scaling operations in LMICs (Low- and Middle-Income Countries).
Demonstrated success in leading or collaborating with marketing teams to drive measurable brand and engagement results.
Leadership in organizations with 20–100+ outlets, with strategic and executional responsibility.
Strong data-driven decision-making and partnership development capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
The COO will lead the organization’s operational strategy and execution, supporting growth across multiple regions and service points. This includes:
Overseeing marketing collaboration to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Scaling operations within either:
Large-scale organizations (100+ locations across countries), or
Medium-scale organizations (20–100 outlets), with full responsibility for planning and performance.
Driving strategic partnerships, both internal and external, including public-private partnerships and government/NGO collaborations.
Managing compliance, quality, supply chain, technology integration, and human resource frameworks for health systems.
Ensuring the organization meets and exceeds operational KPIs, cost management goals, and service quality benchmarks.
