What You’ll Do
You will be the figurehead of the Generation coalition in Kenya, and will be responsible for implementation, operations and business development.

You will also ensure self-sustainability of the program through employer engagement, as well as the collection of student commitment fees.
As the CEO of Generation Kenya you will oversee the high-quality implementation of Generation programs across geographies and sectors, ensuring results both for disconnected youth beneficiaries and employer partners. You will drive the implementation of all initiatives including recruitment and training & transition to employment, in accordance with program specifications & funding limits.
With adherence to Generation methodology, practices and standards, you will ensure that programs are running smoothly and will provide problem solving and tactical support as needed. You will directly manage the program manager and senior management team for a high-quality and successful implementation of their respective Generation programs.
