Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into its next phase of growth and success. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a strong company culture. This individual will serve as the face of the organization, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to drive growth and sustainability.
Lead business development, retention, and diversification efforts to expand the company’s market presence.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure financial health and profitability by managing budgets, optimizing resources, and identifying growth opportunities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and long-term viability.
Lead and manage the executive management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Champion a culture of quality excellence across all aspects of the organization.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CEO, Senior Executive, or in a leadership role within the energy/construction sector.
Strong experience in project management.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performance teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
