PROFILE INTRODUCTION
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a leading investment firm, you will spearhead the overall management of the organization, ensuring strategic growth through effective fundraising, deployment of funds, investor relations, portfolio management, risk and compliance oversight, and personnel leadership. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising:
Lead capital raising efforts, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance with regulations.
Engage in investor pitches, roadshows, and maintain investor relations.
Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline for investment opportunities.
Advisory and Preparatory Work:
Provide strategic advice to the Board on investment management and resource deployment.
Prepare comprehensive recommendations on investment strategy and related matters.
Planning and Management:
Develop and maintain organizational structures and strategic plans.
Ensure cost-effective operations and financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
Human Resource and Organizational Development:
Oversee recruitment and development of staff.
Administer compensation arrangements and conduct performance reviews.
Risk and Compliance:
Establish internal risk and compliance systems.
Ensure adherence to market rules, regulations, and valuation standards.
Portfolio Management:
Represent the company on portfolio company boards.
Drive strategic agendas of investee companies and recommend exits/divestitures.
Communication and Reporting:
Enhance external communication and investor confidence.
Provide timely reporting to meet Board requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
At least five (5) years of Senior Executive experience in finance or investment.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
Proficiency in business operations, finance, and strategy.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is advantageous.
