Digital, Media and e-commerce are at the core of our overall business strategy. This role will focus on being the change agent towards development of an excellent consumer experience, Brands’ expression, and activation as well as championing online sales growth.
This Role Will Be Responsible For
Create and implement the overall digital and media strategy for the local Market, while embedding the global digital media framework, objectives, and roadmap.
Guide marketing team towards optimized and efficient media planning and buying strategies delivering improvements to our traditional and digital media performance.
Roll out and embed all group media and digital tools.
Support digital marketing campaigns and the wider aims of the Brand.
Own and oversee the management of all media and digital agencies.
Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels (Web, Retail, Mobile, Social Networks, and Media).
Bring innovation and always be at the forefront of the new media frontiers and experimentation.
Developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy and supporting new business model pilots.
Own the e-commerce sales targets and management of the P&L.
Oversee the development and execution the annual agreements with our e-commerce partners.
Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online.
Work closely with marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising and excellent content integrity.
Strategize, streamline, and optimize the omnimedia plan in partnership with Brands.
Ensures that the brands’ presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy.
Drive collaboration and ensure platforms excellence in partnership with the global team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, sales.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce & Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strategic & Entrepreneurial mindset: strong analytical skill.
Ability to Connect with the entire entity ecosystem.
Tenacity to think creatively to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Partner / Stakeholder relationship management.
High passion & enthusiasm for digital & consumer shifts and trends.
Ability to identify consumer needs.
Data driven decision making.
Data visualization.
