Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and quality.
Quality Control Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
Menu Improvement Assist in creating new new dishes and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant’s style and vision
Health and Safety Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Team Leadership Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality management or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in restaurant management software eg, POS systems ,scheduling tools
Knowledge of food safety and health standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
