QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Worked as chef in quality environment (restaurant, lodge, home chef)
Diploma in Culinary Arts / Certification in Food and Beverage production or similar qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in a Hospitality related field would be an added advantage
HACCP training would be an added advantage
Great presenting skills, and comfortable approach to the camera
Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
Ambitious, and ready to take on various roles from time to time
