Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing your station and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team, providing clear communication and support to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workstation and following proper sanitation practices.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of new menu items, techniques, and culinary presentations. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Culinary degree or relevant certification.
2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Italian cuisine or experience in working with authentic flavours is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
