Chef De Cuisine – All Day Dining Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire all-day dining restaurant kitchen operation, ensuring seamless execution of service.
Develop and curate authentic Indian menus with a focus on innovation, seasonality, and guest preferences.
Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation of all Indian dishes.
Lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relations to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and compliance with HACCP standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a large luxury hotel operation.
Proven expertise in Indian cuisine, with the ability to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional specialties.
Experience in enu engineering, cost control, and kitchen management.
Previous experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation is preferred.
Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a higmh-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
