Responsibilities:
Identify and establish new sales channels and platforms to enhance market reach and sales performance.
Manage relationships with current sales agents and platforms, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
Ensure smooth and efficient communication with various sales channels and agents to meet business and promotional objectives.
Collaborate with the investment promotion and sales lawyer teams, track sales progress, and ensure timely processing of property rights.
Oversee the management of all business department contracts, including agency agreements, channel platform cooperation contracts, and legal contracts related to the lawyer team.
Regularly follow up on the sales progress, ensuring targets are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales progress, and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or legal studies are a plus.
Must have at least five years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales channel management.
Strong legal experience and knowledge related to real estate, including contract management and compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with sales agents, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate channel performance and provide actionable feedback.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving problems.
