Channel Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Channel Sales Manager based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Channel Sales Manager will manage and expand channel sales and partnerships, oversee sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with channel partners, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Experience in ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity Solution sales
Skills in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with the technology and software industry is an advantage
