Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a demand generation strategy for the retail industry.
Manage direct sales processes for strategic opportunities in new markets and build relationships with key customers.
Collaborate with various departments to meet and exceed regional revenue and profit targets.
Develop partner network strategies to expand vertical markets and support channel partners.
Provide market intelligence and manage CRM data to improve market penetration and sales forecasting.
Exhibit strong communication, relationship-building, and resilience in a matrix organizational environment.

Meet Revenue Targets
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings
Expansion of successful channel partners
Meet revenue objectives, partners’ expectations, and customer satisfaction metrics
100% support and subscriptions annual renewals

Candidates Requirements:

15+ years of corporate sales experience working in Direct Sales, Channels / Resellers / Partner environment.
Experience in selling Retail Software and/or ERP Software
Fluent in English
Substantial experience in sales
Degree qualified or professional qualification preferred
Ability to manage the life-cycle for direct or channel engagements, from scouting and alignment, negotiations to close agreements, successful on-boarding, and hands on operational help.
Availability to travel inside the country and near countries
