The Channel Partner Manager Sub-Saharan Africa for Leica Biosystems is responsible develops and maintains business relationships with assigned channel partners to meet high growth sales within the specified territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop sales throughout the defined territory to reach company goals .
Implement with the Regional Sales Manager Africa the Sub-Saharan sales strategy to gain market share ensuring core growth and consistent delivery of financial targets.
Continuously evaluates and looks for optimum distribution channels for the entire product range.
Effectively use LBS distribution Process, through constant interaction as well Forecast, Funnel, scorecards, reviews and Action Plan goal setting sessions.
Ensures that the appropriate level of marketing activities are implemented by the channel partners for the region.
Ensure we provide a TOP level representation & service locally to serve our customers in line with our LBS philosophy.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Proven sales management skills honed within a complex sales environment.
Proven experience in entering into a new market and overachieving commercial targets.
Educated to Bachelors degree level
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve results
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in IVD distributor management
Scientific background
Language: English (French is a plus)
