Roles And Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from development to discontinuation, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
Financial Management: Manage the category’s P&L, budget, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of category managers and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive category strategies and execution.
Innovation: Drive innovation in product offerings, packaging, and marketing strategies to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualification

5 years experience in brand management
Edible Oil Industry experience.
Overall 10 years’ experience in marketing field.
Education: Degree / Diploma in marketing
