Cashier Customer Service Agent Factory Manager B2B Sales Manager Receptionist

The holder of this position will be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have and addressing their further assistance/recommendation where required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: At least a Diploma in Accounting or Certification in CPA Part 2.
Experience: Must have 3 yrs of experience in a busy environment (bank,sacco,supermarket etc)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compliance with internal cash control procedures to eliminate financial risks.
Ability to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
Effective handling of daily bank deposits and transaction recording.

Ability to verify dispatched goods against delivery notes.
