PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a competent Caretaker, you will be entrusted to take care of the client properties and equipment i.e. premises you will also be Required to perform Administrative duties and provide customer care services to enhance efficiency in management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and monitor different department that follow under assigned jurisdiction e.g. ensuring that property/building is safe in terms of security i.e. ensuring that security personnel performs routines checks and directs visitors in the premises.
To provide A reliable and systematic filling system for the organization documents
Perform administrative duties such as checking mails on daily basis, taking minutes, typing memos and ensuring that professional work ethics.
Ensure that necessary repairs, maintenance and improvement services are done to the existing facilities appropriately.
To ensure each and every tenant pays rent on timely basis and keeping systematic filling of the bank slips in respect to the service charge
Maintain general cleaning of the common areas.
Seek authorization from client before acting
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least certificate in any field.
Good management capability and commercial acumen.
Good communication and writing skills, and PR, to be able to deal with tenants, service providers, and other parties.
Good initiative and ability to organize and supervise building functions, services, and maintenance.
Firm personality, with determination and energy.
Results oriented.
