Job Summary
The job holder will coordinate all activities of the Estate, provide leadership to employees, support Board of management and employees and provide proper assistance and timely information to the Board.
Skill & Experience
Form four Level of Education.
Knowledge in Basic Accounting and Record Keeping Management.
Knowledge in Information Communication Technology/Computer Literate.
Be below the Age of 40 years
Working Experience of between 3-5 years as a Caretaker.
Technical person equipped with basic skills including minor repairs, plumbing, bulb replacement, removal of airlock and general idea of caretaker duties.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with Stakeholders (Shareholders, Board of Management, Tenants, and employees), as well as Service Providers.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
