Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead both clinical and non-clinical teams within the care team.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and collaboration.
Collaborate with HR to create and execute recruitment strategies for hiring top healthcare professionals.
Identify operational and staffing needs based on patient demand and service requirements.
Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and oversee comprehensive training programs.
Facilitate regular team meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, and set team goals.
Leadership Management:
Manage and support team leads within each core discipline.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team leads to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize care team operations to ensure efficient workflows and processes.
Collaborate with departments such as Product Development, Analytics, Customer Operations, Admin, and Finance to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
Member Experience:
Monitor and evaluate member satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the Care Team Lead and other stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance the patient experience and drive patient retention.
Lead initiatives to elevate the overall experience of Antara members.
Collaborate with the team to identify, report, and resolve incidents promptly.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track team and individual performance.
Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
Develop and execute strategies to increase service uptake among target patient populations.
Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion to increase regional presence and services.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to promote services and attract new patients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in an operational management position.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in healthcare operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
