What you will do:
Booking of vehicles in the Inventories
Execute administrative role in the office
Keeping a record of maintenance/repairs done on vehicles
Facilitating sales process documents
Organizing for vehicle assessments
Preparing monthly reports on car sales
Facilitating clients with the information required for each unit on sale
Ensuring sales process is done in accordance to the company guidelines
Approve bids received on cars
Order for spare parts and services
Maintain level of selling prices versus value of the car at the targets received
Approve expenses of the yard on certain limits given by the management
Any other duties assigned
What you will need:
Diploma/Degree in Business administration or related field
1Year relevant experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule
willingness to work quickly and independently
fluency in English and Swahili
Loyalty and Integrity
