The incumbent will be based in Kenya
Requirements are:
Must be eligible to live and work in Nairobi and flexible to travel as and when needed
+/- 20+ years experience
Civil engineering/electrical engineering qualification with MBA
Built environment, roads, rail water or power
experience with large EPC E&C firm, large consulting engineering firm and or WB/AFDB/commercial experience
must have built and led teams of multi-disciplinary consultants
worked in government environments and with multilateral development banks,
must have master planning/portfolio management and project management experience – at a strategic rather than “dirt on the boots” level,
must have good relationships in East Africa
must be able to network and generate work
