Objectives:
The primary objectives of this engagement are as follows:
Identify and attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates for open positions at WUSC
Streamline the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and a positive candidate experience.
Assist in evaluating and selecting candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless integration of the recruitment firm’s efforts with the overall hiring strategy.
Scope of Work:
The recruitment company’s scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following activities:
Conducting a comprehensive analysis of job descriptions and requirements to understand the ideal candidate profiles for various positions.
Developing tailored recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, to attract suitable candidates.
Utilizing both traditional and innovative methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and passive candidate outreach.
Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist the most promising candidates.
Presenting a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates to WUSC for review.
Coordinating interviews between WUSC and selected candidates, including logistical arrangements and feedback collection.
Assisting in negotiation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Deliverables:
The recruitment firm will be expected to deliver the following:
A detailed recruitment strategy outlining the approach, sourcing methods, and timelines.
Regular progress reports on candidate sourcing, screening, and selection activities.
A shortlist of qualified candidates for each position, along with their resumes, assessment results, and interview feedback.
Ongoing communication and collaboration with WUSC’s HR team to refine the recruitment strategy as needed.
Allow for feedback from both WUSC and the candidates on the overall recruitment process.
Selection Criteria:
The recruitment firm will be selected based on the following criteria:
Demonstrated experience in recruiting for similar roles within relevant sectors;
Qualifications of the recruiting companies team lead and asssigned team members;
Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting high-quality candidates;
Familiarity with WUSC’s values;
Ability to understand and address WUSC’s specific recruitment needs;
