ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is on an irregular casual basis, where individuals are selected and called upon depending on the availability of work/projects.
As a call center agent, the role involves contacting selected survey respondents via a smartphone, while correctly capturing information collected using a structured app-based questionnaire on an Android device.
To effectively fit our criteria, you MUST be based in Nairobi as you may be called upon on short notice periods
Sometimes, dependent on the arrangement with the supervisor the working arrangement is hybrid – Office and Home (Mostly office-based)
QUALIFICATION
At least a certificate, diploma or degree in any relevant field and a minimum of C Plain in KCSE
Above average communication skills, with high fluency in English and Kiswahili
MUST be living in Nairobi, with ease of access to our office in Westlands.
Own an Android smartphone suitable for use in the process
