The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responsible for sales and marketing operations within the designated business unit.
Provide strategic direction in delivering business planning process.
Develop, execute, and measure brand positioning strategies across the assigned portfolio.
Regularly coach all direct reports to develop effective Performance Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and government representatives to achieve business objectives.
Aligning plans and people within the Business Unit, including key business partners and financial targets to achieve long-term stability and drive company growth.
Oversee compliance and adherence to SOPs, local regulations, and best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to effectively respond to market needs.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business.
Minimum 10 – 15 years of pharmaceutical experience in sales and marketing.
People management experience is a must.
Problem solving & decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
