Key Responsibilities
Manage clients’ travel needs from initial inquiry to completion via phone or email.
Provide professional consultancy, anticipating and exceeding client expectations.
Book various travel products and offer expert advice, including specialist fares.
Adapt to different priorities and client requirements effectively.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to offer tailored solutions.
Monitor airline queue messages and existing bookings promptly.
Maintain positive behaviour and a proactive attitude, contributing to team success.
Requirements
Strong English language fluency.
Native experience in a Global Distribution System (GDS).
Passion for and experience in the business travel sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively engage with clients across various channels.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and departments.
Demonstrated ability to embody and promote organizational values and competency framework.
Proficiency in Amadeus Booking System is a plus.
