Role Summary
You will be the owner of Renault Trucks business in markets within the area of responsibility, to secure the market development, market & image position, customer value through transport solutions and to ensure the optimal short and long term business results.
You will responsible for the importers total performance towards the market and customers, and to build up and maintain a healthy importer relation.
You will have direct responsibility and tasks for Sales management with the Importers in your area (quotation, order, invoicing and delivery processes), supported by Market
Product Engineers and Sales Support.
You will be in charge of the Business team, develop and utilize the expert competencies, lead and motivate, direct, coach and support the team towards short and long term targets to reach set objectives.
To be in charge for visions, strategies, business plans as well as the overall co-ordination and implementation of activities between the market / importer.
You will report to the Vice President Market Africa & LAPAC, and be part of Market Management Team.

Corporate Identity Level
TSP, WPP
Brand image, CSI level
DOS implementation
Operation Guidelines & Performance Management

About You
University degree and / or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in the English, French and Spanish language
Minimum 5 years of senior line management experience
Strong leadership and communications skills, including, strong personal credibility and integrity
Strong ability and experience in driving change
Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mind-set and successful people & culture leadership
Customer and business oriented mind-set
Demonstrate a high level of competence in each of the Volvo Leadership competencies
