The key deliverable for the role is ensuring that the infrastructure required to run the business of Fidelity runs efficiently and optimally.
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector, supporting ERP and business applications.
Proven experience in supporting business applications, troubleshooting, and managing system integrations within a complex IT environment.
Experience with business process modelling, analysis, and documentation, and familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including Web Logic, Java, Oracle, and PHP, especially in relation to Turnkey GIS, HAIS, and Turnkey-FMS.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, with advanced certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) being an added advantage.
Certification or training in relevant software or platforms, such as Oracle, Java, or PHP, aligned with the technologies used in the company’s systems.
Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations in a financial services or insurance environment is highly desirable.
