Responsibilities:
Achieve set Revenue, through acquisition of new customer and maintaining Active Customer rate, within the regions . Train, Coach, Motivate and Undertake other Capacity Building initiatives and develop key Acquisition Routines to grow Channel productivity in sales activities.
Analyze Business Customer trends within the region and provide key insights to the Line manager and relevant teams to guide execution and strategy
Develop and maintain relevant regional databases and trackers through daily reporting.
Monitor Customer Experiences and liaise with the Technical team to ensure that all cases of poor customer experience in estates is resolved within set SLA
Drive Customer obsession in all the channels within the Regions by ensuring all escalations are resolved promptly and within SLA
Track sales NPS performance within the regions and provide key insights to help them on-ground on course correction measures
Develop Various selling strategies and Plans to ensure that they onboard quality customers.
Drive adoption of Business sales to new customers such as Web-services, SMS and bulk communication, cloud service, etc.
Undertake Timely Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Reporting to all stakeholders

The holder of the role will be responsible for the overall Generation of Revenue targets through onboarding of new business customers and maintaining an active customer base targets for the region. Will work closely with the account managers and relevant teams in driving best customer experience and customer obsession at all touchpoints within the regions.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree from a recognized university preferably in Business Related Courses
2 Years’ experience in Business Fiber sales
Excellent computer knowledge and data analytical skills
Relationship and Team Management Skills
Proactive, Energetic, and able to work under pressure with no or minimum supervision
