Business Process Analyst

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced business process analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Research on and help create new business process management products and services
Write concise and well-researched articles, white papers, and other relevant literature on diverse business process management topics
Assist in the development of quality marketing proposals and general business development activities
Prepare and deliver effective presentations on diverse business process management topics to clients and prospects
Efficiently handle the following tasks on business process improvement projects:

Process
Discovery
Modeling and
Analysis

Facilitation of process improvement workshops
Synthesis and presentation of sound process improvement recommendations
Writing and presentation of various types of reports and business requirements
Design of efficient and effective future state [to-be] business processes
Process improvements implementation planning
Writing of policies and procedures manuals, work instructions, and other job aids
Design and delivery of quality business process training materials
Supporting clients in the implementation of process improvements, change management, and monitoring and control.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Recognized professional certification[s] in business process management
2+ years of practical working experience as a business process analyst in a professional environment
Well versed in Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN]
Proficient in the use of widely used process modeling software e.g., Visio, Bizagi, etc.
Lean six sigma certification, project and change management qualifications, and experience are an added advantage
Relevant IT skills and qualifications are also an added advantage.
