Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivated and results-based Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
Research and target companies that align with our services, including HR consulting, leadership development, and employee engagement solutions.
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain a sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly business development targets.
Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Conduct competitive intelligence, analysis, and business research relevant to the business.
Prepare weekly or monthly management reports that detail the status of the various business development activities and future plans.

ABOUT YOU:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in HR or consulting is a plus). At least 5 years experience.
Experience in end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ Bid Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
