Responsibilities.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic communication channels, networking events, and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement
Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development and strategic communication.
General Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proficiency in Social/Digital media marketing, including content creation.
Proven experience in business development, sales or marketing roles, preferably in the field of Public Relations/Communications or consultancy.
Strong understanding of strategic communication principles and public relation strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
