Business Development Officer Relationship Officers & Interns

As a Business Development Professional for a recruitment agency, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain profitable partnerships with businesses and organizations . You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies and negotiating client contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Researching and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the recruitment agency.
Negotiating and closing deals with clients
Identifying and addressing client needs and staffing requirements.
Developing and maintaining a strong client database
Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates

Skills & Experience

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a recruitment/HR agency setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
