Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Business Development Officer specializing in HR services. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our HR solutions. The role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR services and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in business development and sales, particularly in the service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
