Job Purpose Statement
The role is responsible for administration of NCBA Group policies from onboarding, retention & cross selling. The incumbent is additionally tasked with the acquisition of new business & organic growth.
Ideal Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications:

 University degree ( Preference given to a Business related degree or B.Com Insurance)

Professional Qualifications:

 Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance and/or other insurance qualification

Work Experience:

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Bancassurance or insurance industry
 Operations experience
 Business development experience
 Prior management experience preferred
