Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Postgraduate degree or qualification advantageous

Experience Requirements

Experience in a commercial/BD role in the East African energy sector
Good understanding of the renewable energy market and technologies
Previous recruitment experience will be advantageous
Ability to travel across Africa (specifically Kenya)
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets
