Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include market research, conducting competitor analysis, generating leads, and developing proposals. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to create and implement business growth strategies.
Qualifications

Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and generating leads
Skills in developing business strategies and proposals
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multiple departments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
