Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern will work together with our Sales team to grow the company’s client base, foster client relationships, and develop new opportunities for ABC EXPAT services.
Responsibilities

Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively to schedule clients’ meetings
Help Supervise the client database to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
Develop in-depth knowledge about prospective clients and industry trends
Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities
Assist in Developing innovative strategies for retaining clients
Prospect new clients via sales calls, emails and networking events on the various services offered by the company and following them up so as to close the business deals
Respond to queries and complaints from clients regarding the company’s services in a timely manner
Follow up on leads generated through other departments
Collect and monitor feedback from clients and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
Assist in Developing , tailoring and delivering content for pitches and client presentations.

Profile

Degree in Business or any other related field
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Knowledge of expatriate communities’ market
Fluent in English, any other language is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; ability to dialogue with clients and arrive at a mutually beneficial outcome
Detail-oriented and results-driven with proven ability to make things happen
Ability to foster positive relationships with all individuals across the company as well as clients
