Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas for assigned short courses
Identify and target potential clients through outbound/inbound calls and lead generation activities.
Proactively contact existing clients to maintain relationships, identify new training needs, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Clearly explain the benefits and value propositions of the company’s short courses and training programs, addressing client needs and pain points.
Conduct informative consultations to educate clients on the importance of professional development and how our programs can contribute to their success.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all phone and email interactions with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
Prepare daily reports on sales activities, client interactions, and training program inquiries.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and sales figures.
Collect fees associated with course registrations in a timely manner.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in sales, marketing, business development, and client service management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Report writing and Organizational skills
Time management skills
