Are you an entrepreneurial minded person who can:
Prospect for B2B clients, identify key decision makers, meet them and generate a business conversation?
Plan business approaches and pitches?
Develop proposals to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives?
Convincingly present business proposals to the clients?
Independently close business deals?
Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships to secure repeat business and longevity of client relationship?
Duties and responsibilities:
If YES to the above 6 questions, can you:
In collaboration with the business development team, expand current prospect client database within specified business sectors to generate effective business leads, identify key decision makers, organize for meetings and turn this into increased business?
Work with the business development team to develop proposals/tenders that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives and optimizes the Agency’s competitiveness in pitches?
Establish and grow strong business relationships with current and potential clients in a manner that promotes the Agency’s values and policies?
Participate in the recruitment, training, and induction of project staff in line with client and internal guidelines?
In conjunction with the client service team, develop content and deliver training to project staff in line with client initiatives and internal requirements?
Ensure the project Staff are all aligned at all times in the project life cycle through conducting briefs and debriefs on an ongoing basis?
In liaison with the project managers, ensure proper project management through proper planning, implementation,monitoring & control, and evaluation?
Assist in developing and presenting accurate, relevant and insightful project reports to clients?
Share up to date work status reports with the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis and in line with the agreed mechanism?
Attend to any other duty assigned?
Qualifications
If Yes to the above 10 questions, do you have:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any other related field?
At least three years of experience in business development preferably in a marketing and corporate events management agency?
Excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal, time-management and negotiation skills?
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse economic environments and business opportunities in a systematic and detailed manner?
Expert knowledge in B2B business?
Energized, positive, passionate, and confident?
