Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients
Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by selling to our resellers
Maintaining a healthy pipeline with the resellers from quota to quota and monitoring it every week
Educating resellers on our product portfolio and capabilities and accompanying resellers for customer meetings on a need basis
Recruiting 5 new resellers every quota with the potential and capability to position and sell our product portfolio to their end users
Serving existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets
Keeps management informed by submitting weekly activity and results reports.
Daily face-to-face meetings with your resellers to establish good working relationships and consistency in business from resellers.
Excellent customer service skills
Good team player

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing, Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
