Holder of degree in marketing or social sciences
With 2-4years business development/account management in a small or mid-sized advertising/research/marketing agency;
Strong in developing and pitching ideas to corporates and large institutions;
Proven in writing persuasive proposals;
Able to network with senior executives;
Knowledgeable of urban youth buying and consumption trends;
Outgoing and social;
An early adopter of new ideas and products;
Ready to earn through hard work a salary of at least Kshs 80K plus commissions
