Business Development Executive

Responsible for driving the sales and placement of HPM880z printers and toners to medium and large corporates.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads within the target audience – medium and large corporates with 10+ printers in their fleet.
Cold call decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions.
Drive placement of HPM880z printers and toners and achieve weekly sales targets; 
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs.
 Understand customer pain points and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
Ensure post-sales support and satisfaction to retain clients for repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Odoo).
Regularly report on progress, sales activities, and key performance indicators.

Minimum requirement and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or printer industry.
Strong CRM skills (experience with Odoo or similar tools is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Age 30 years and above
