Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 10

Lead requirements analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
Business requirements documentation.
Create and Review Technical Architecture Documents for system changes and new systems and solutions.
Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
Participate and guide on the non-functional tests planning and execution i.e., performance / load tests, security tests and high availability and fail over testing
Track entire life cycle for each IT change request from logging to fulfilment and closure i.e., requirements definition, CAB approval, solution design, solution build, resource allocation, testing, deployment and post deployment review and any remedial actions thereof.
Assist in ensuring governance of the IT Change Management Policies and procedures through continuous reporting, training, and education.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICAL

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Day-to-day oversight and management of changes within the change management process. Ensuring changes are moved through the lifecycle and the necessary assessment/ approval is carried out.
Hold and facilitate change assessment and reviews with cross-functional team members including developers, QA analysts /Engineers, Information Risks Analysts, solution, and information Architects.
Communicate change progress, results, and other relevant information to change/initiative owners and stakeholders.
Ensure the change workflow is progressed in the system for efficient action, accuracy, and reporting.

This role requires the jobholder have a thorough understanding of IT, emerging IT Technologies and also to have a good understanding of the business needs.
This way the holder will be able to manage the different IT Change requests from different requestors move them through the change lifecycle.
