What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst, you will be the critical link between stakeholders and developers, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Gathering and analyzing client requirements for system designs.
Bridging communication between stakeholders and developers.
Creating technical specifications and guiding the development team.
Collaborating with QA teams to ensure all functional requirements are met.
Driving innovation while ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 9001:2015, PCI-DSS, and Data Protection policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical, documentation, and advanced technical skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation abilities.
