Overview
The Microsoft 365 (M365) Core team is looking for a highly motivated Business Administrator to support our teams in ADC (Africa Development Center).
In the role as a Business Administrator, you will provide onsite team support, assist with execution of event logistics, proactively manage supply inventory, and provide onboarding support for new employees and interns within M365 Core in Kenya.
Responsibilities
Onsite team support and carries out tasks under the direction of others:
Ordering New Hire Equipment
Setting up workstations
Updating Distribution List and Security Groups
Assist with team space move logistics as needed.
Support and assist with event logistics as needed for team morale.
Supply Inventory (Storeroom, Hardware, and Office Supplies)
Qualifications
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
1+ year(s) Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
Associate degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience
