The Business Administration Intern will provide support to various departments within the organization, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in organizing and maintaining company records, databases, and files.
Assist in monitoring and updating social media platforms and company website content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and initiatives.
Provide support in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Learn and adapt to various software and tools used within the organization.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
