Bureau Supervisor

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the daily operations of the bureau
Responsibilities:

Ensure that the bureau is opened in time and maintain a high level of cleanliness from time to time and well maintained.
Oversee the coordinated service delivery by all staff of the team before the client receive the job
Ensure that a high level of customer service on the counter and feedback is maintained all times
Maintain on –time service delivery to customers at all times before the deadlines
Ensure that the bureau consistently produces quality products by implementing appropriate quality control thus ensuring the work is done to perfection
Creating awareness of all the company’s products to new and existing customers all times
Receiving and orienting all new staff into the bureau then training them on due course
Ensuring that all employees do quality jobs assigned to them before delivering to clients
Stock management in the bureau and stock taking on daily basis so as to meet anticipated customer demands, therefore avoiding any form of delays in production · Monitoring the daily sales and submitting a financial report at the end of each day.
Any other duty may be assigned from time to time by the Director
