Job Description
As the Branding and digital marketing expert, you will lead multifaceted efforts to drive the organization’s online presence and brand visibility. With a keen focus on digital marketing, branding strategies, below-the-line (BTL) activations, and product communications, you will craft and execute comprehensive plans aligned with overarching business objectives. From managing social media strategies and online advertising campaigns to overseeing product communications, your role will be instrumental in enhancing engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and driving business targets with a key focus on MSME and transactional Banking growth.
Digital Marketing

Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility and achieve business goals.
Manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
Work closely with Marketing manager to drive below-the-line (BTL) activation initiatives to connect with target audiences effectively.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative digital marketing approaches.
Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach.
Analyze digital ad performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, online media buy, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure brand reputation integrity by maintaining a vigilant stance against risks on social media platforms.
Manage website content and implement strategies to improve visibility and organic search rankings.

Brand and product activations

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and tactical campaigns to support organizational goals.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
Lead below-the-line (BTL) activation efforts to engage target audiences through innovative campaigns to achieve business targets.
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals, targets and culture.
Collaborate with Business growth and products team to gather information and create compelling campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, BTL activations, and product communication.
Proven experience in executing successful Marketing and product campaigns
Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Added advantages include a master’s degree, creative design capability, and experience in internal and external communications.

Education

First Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing)/ Communication/Public Relations or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills

Experience

Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in marketing, PR and Digital Marketing
