Brand Operations Executive

Position Summary

The successful candidate will ensure flawless execution of the NESCAFÉ Creamy White Launch Campaign in Kenya to achieve the business objectives.
A day in the life of a Brand Operations Executive

Collaboration with activation agency to execute the NESCAFÉ Creamy White Activations.
Collaboration with Above The Line agencies to execute the NESCAFÉ digital and media plans
Provide the required Point of Sale material and ensure deployment to drive trade visibility.
Management of brand Profit & Loss (P/L), tracking performance and sharing corrective measures where applicable.

What will make you successful

You will have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Marketing Option.
At least 2-years marketing experience from FMCG industry.
Awareness of brand plans development and experience in brand activities execution.
Good reporting & communication skills.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Able to collaborate internally & externally.
Experience working with agencies.
Conversant with MS Office Packages
