Brand Manager, Sponsorships Manager E- Channels, Card Switch and Interface Manager, Information Systems

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and activity plans that drive the business objectives to increase brand awareness, brand equity, brand affinity and drive of conversion, trial and usage numbers or products.
Key Responsibilities

Development and execution of sponsorship marketing plan across the Group for the assigned products and/or business units.
Work with the brand managers, business marketing teams and other Business Bank functions to develop high quality, commercially successful event sponsorship models, in line with the Bank’s Brand strategy.
Maintain healthy relationships with all sponsorship partners across the Group.
Ensure that event sponsorship products are consistent with our corporate partnership and brand strategies both Group-wide and in-country.
Regular performance tracking of all sponsorship activities and compilation of a appropriate reports for consumption by management.
Coordinate internal and external partners – units, agencies and suppliers- to execute sponsorship activations effectively within set timelines
Develop briefs for sponsorship projects in line with the business and brand objectives
Track and analyze assigned sponsorship performance through sales numbers and value, monthly Share of Voice (SOV) and monthly competitor advertising and industry trends and utilize to prepare monthly reports with recommendations to the line manager.
Collaborate with Business Functions and other marketing functions to scout for and identify sponsorship opportunities that align with the Bank’s branding strategy.

The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, communications or related field from a recognized institution.
At least 5 years’ experience in Sponsorship Management and Brand Management with at least 4 years’ experience in events planning and public relations.
