Qualification:
Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Related
Proven 3yrs + experience in Team & Branch Management, Sales & marketing, Branch Operations
Strong understanding of current non deposit MFIs trends
Excellent communication and Organizational skills.
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, management and demonstrable leadership skills.
